Adat Shalom is excited to partner with Jewish\nFamily Service to host a Mind Aerobics cognitive training class. Mind Aerobics\nclasses give your **brain a workout** based on over a decade of research from\nthe New England Cognitive Center (NECC). Classes are fun and interactive\, and\nthey challenge six critical cognitive functions with increasing speed and\ndifficulty as sessions progress. Key areas challenged in each class: Memory\nTraining – Reaction Time – Visual Spatial Skills – Attention & Concentration –\nLanguage -Problem Solving.
